Called Offices in US (001 617 928 0820). Slow to provide UK distributor but got 0870 9029210. sales@symex.co.uk. Called Sysmex and spoke to Tania and Paetra. Apparently they don't sell NMP22 test kits.

Re-tried calling Matritech a few times but was left in a call queue for far too long.

This is better. Spoke to Joe Hephler who gave me contact details for Kyowa Hakko in Slough. Mandy Miller on 01753 566020 - will call now.
OK. Mandy said the nearest NHS users are the 'Royal Devon and Exeter' and 'Royal United Bath'. She put me through to Paul Stratham who knows John Hammonds, the urologist. He gave quoted a price of £480 for 24, from the wholesaler Movianto.
