RenShen JianPi Wan
Well apart from my bladder feeling less cold and maybe a slightly less feeling of being the 'Relaxed Wanderer' there's not a big change since I stopped taking 'Xiao Yao Wan', so I'm going to start on the RenShen JianPi Wan.
Notably they taste horrible, maybe due to the tangerine peel. I kept one in the side of my mouth, all night argh! So this will be taken as instructed and on an empty stomach as I hate to think the taste may creep up my throat. So no food for an hour or two after either. The taste is so bad that I'm even hesitant to take them ![]()
Ah! keep chocolate at hand ![]()
