I understand it that as the immune system becomes weaker, it is attacked more by less, what could be viewed as trivial matters, unfamiliarity, moving fast - pressure, our dietary menu shrivels to an iota of what it used to be. If I rush to be somewhere on time, thus comes the migraine, throwing up - followed by muscle spasms in my hands and legs, blurred vision as the virus multiplies in all the muscles. I'm not really unsociable but have to pay for being sociable, or have to pay back the debt of going/travelling somewhere. Indeed your recent activity agreeably should be considered, as a result of compromised immunity. To be well, be still and at peace with the green leafery all around :). It is always said, there is no place better than ones own bed.

Hi Jay.
I have the same opinions and sadly my changes to a lesser or greater degree are felt by others. No wonder there's a sense of tiredness and weakening as I and I must have been through theses ridiculously mundane, booring and trival pursuits more times that we would admit or have the will to fathom. Lots of love :)
