Blood and Wine

Well I'm disappointed with the blood maker as it has gone up, although I feel it will be down again tomorrow - I hope I'm bloody right. Notably I had been working a bit harder pulling up roots and digging etc.

Follow up:

On the urine pH issue, I'm not sure if I agree with the info I have discovered. What does make sense is that other than an early morning sample, if there's enough fluid drunk during the day, the pH level will be lower as it is effectively diluted. I will test another sample later today.

What this says about blood pH is another matter. pH in the blood may be largely up to functions that control the kidney which in turn tries to balance the pH somehow. That the kidney has more water to use doesn't necessarily mean that is the deciding factor that keeps the pH at a specific level.

Clearly pH level in the blood is due to what is absorbed into the blood from food and by excretions and debris from working cells in the body.

-:- 11:20 Well I've just done another urine test and the pH is lower at 7, sadly however the haem is higher. I've been working in the heat and drinking a little ? -:- 13:50 used the 'Mission' analysis and as expected low pH and haem the same. However pee was yellow so more liquid is in order maybe. Have lunch which will sadly be acid forming as always. -:- 17:20 Did a little more work on the cabbage patch and had a 'bird-bath'. Will eat more, drink more and get questions together for Dr M later. -:- 20.44 Test urine again with 'Mission' and no haem marker. I also notice that I don't really have the twinges much after all week I did when there was no haem marker??

9th June 06:45 Well this is better no haem marker However although the colour is light yellow as I drank before going to sleep and woke and peed during the night and drank again, the pH was still very low, arguably lower, which may have to do with the food I ate and drinking grain coffee. Still Have to check the Liu Wei Di Huang Pian (New big tablet) with springherb.com as the tablets are coated with some creamy white layer?? Have emailed and will call later.

9th June 06:45 Well after yesterday's walk, the stressy time with Dr M and my quick walk already this morning I suppose I shouldn't be surprised. Feeling twingie, not so cold and have to fuss and get to Dr's agian and in time to catch the train - stress - so let's see.

11th June 09:32 Had a nice day in Plymouth, felt fine ate chocolate and such so this morining's low haem (non-haemolytic) results are ok. If the test was later in the day then the result may have been negative.

12th June 10:46 So why the alkaline pee. Chocolate? Oats? No veggies? Walking? Tahini?
