Blood and Wine

Up at 7.54am. Two cups of tea. Have been feeling OK for a day or three. No bollock ache. However have to do some heavy duty Japanese Knotweed work today? By 15:00 have done the knotweeed and pulled up what giant hogweed I found. Have a slight headache after. Bed earlyish. Ate only veggies and pasta late afternoon.

Feeling twingy during the night so got up to pee at 5am and to see if there was blood. Given the lighting in the caravan I couldn't see that well. However the blood was over the max, (+++) and acidic. Maybe the acid is what causes the twinges, but what causes the acidity? Visually it was dark yellow like a bit brown, and cloudy. Maybe that was a little blood. -:- 16:32 Pee has been a bit off all day, surprisingly yellow seeing that I haven't eaten but have drunk quite a lot of herbal teas - no no colour there. Look up where colour can come from. Still have the twinges.

The twinges have subsided, but It was still rather dark when I got up about 6, very misty so didn't see my pee very well but thought there was a pink tinge to it. Must make a category (Tinges and Twinges) What a load of old Castor and Pollux! -:- 09:32 Nah! About 6 or 7 pm yesterday went to the village and just before I left my pee was not pink. Eaten lots of bits and pieces, felt a bit twingy but no tingie? -:- 11:50 Back at base camp. No email from Polymedco. -:- 14:15 Called Polymedco again and left a message on the answering machine. -:- 15:05 Have just received supplier details from Kate -:- 15:30 Made contact with Nick Darker at Mediwatch, he is sending me details and cost of BTA tester -:- 16:00 Have received details. Costs and availability to follow: -:- Later pee is pink. Went to village more pink.

Have uploaded BTA  stat documents. -:- 10:00 Off brown pee, like earlier @01:55. Almost a greenish, brownish yellow. Got to do some proper work today
