31st December Away for two days without the sticks so I interpolated there was no count as prior and after the two days the count was zero.

20th December Lately, for weeks the twinges have returned which is becoming a concern. Unaccompanied by any noticeable bleeding I wonder if it is a deep rooted issue and not urothelial

17th December The early morning pee showed two spots in the haem test but that was with a very concentrated sample and very small amount. I did two other tests during the day both of which were negative - so I used a zero rating as the average for the day, although arguably one would have been more accurate. The good news is that the first two weeks were genuinely free and if the rest of December is good, well ...
