In this simple_zen (modified) skin the Tags Links precede the Edit link and wrap it.

4th May
Note 1. In multiple post the edit css is right-align, but it gets trapped in the left metadata when post is longer than ???? in blUsh ??? but not here in inTro ???

Note 2. Both Tags and Edit are OK and in separate div below the post in inTro????

SORTED: There was a code error on blUsh stylesheet, namely two closing tags.

cluster bombs?

Global cluster bomb ban comes into force (1st Aug 2010) - Well sort of global. However countries like The USA, Russia, China, India, Pakistan and Israel refuse to sign.

The Convention on Cluster Munitions bans the stockpiling, use and transfer of virtually all existing cluster bombs, and also provides for the clearing up of unexploded munitions.

It has been adopted by 108 states, of which 38 have ratified it. Twenty-two out of the 28 countries in Nato, including the UK, have joined up to this ban. So who hasn't appart from the US??

The US administration insists cluster munitions are "legitimate weapons" with "clear military utility in combat".
It argues that cluster munitions actually cause less harm to civilians than some other weapons.

The charity Handicap International estimates that 98% of cluster bomb victims are civilians and nearly one-third are children." and yet the US have it that "cluster munitions actually cause less harm to civilians than some other weapons"

What are these other weapons we use??
